We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join our growing practice as an Operations Assistant, based in our Toronto office. The position provides administrative support to the Managing Partner and the Director of Operations.
The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, organised and comfortable in a highly collaborative team environment, with a proven track record of providing a high level of administrative support.
The position requires experience with office administration, filing systems and records management as well as basic bookkeeping skills (familiarity with Quickbooks an asset). Good written and oral communication skills are extremely important.
