Over the past 12 years, the London Design Festival has grown to become one of the world’s premier design-industry events, providing its partner organisations, design businesses and the general public with a platform for showcasing the best of global design.
The London Design Festival has joined forces with the Greater London Authority and engaged Nordicity to prepare analysis of its impact on the London and UK economies.
To help demonstrate the Festival’s economic impact, there is an online survey intended for every London Design Festival participant to complete. All data and information will be held securely in strict accordance to the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
The analysis will consider the various channels through which the festival has an economic impact, including festival operations, tourism, new business for design companies, inward investment, human capital development and promotion of the UK and London brand.
