Kathleen is President of CRS Technology Corp —a company she established in 1992. Her corporate clients range in size from the multinational Deutsche Telekom to Silicon Valley venture startup MobileWebSurf. She has a diverse and extensive background in digital media and Information and Communications Technology.
Kathleen specializes in providing business development, project management, and strategic planning consulting services to non-profit organizations such as Communications and Information Technology Ontario, New Media Business Alliance, New Media BC, Information Technology Association of Canada, Computer Animation Studios of Ontario, and Alliance NumeriQC.
Kathleen is well versed in the world of government grant procurement and often helps her clients through the process of setting strategic goals and objectives, creating project plans, applying for government financial assistance, securing private contributions, and ongoing project management and reporting to stakeholders. She is an active volunteer in the Toronto digital media community and currently sits on the advisory boards of ICT Toronto and iWaterfront. Kathleen is a member of the Project Management Institute.
