
Community Engagement, Planning, Research and Analysis
Lianne McRadu is a Senior Analyst at Nordicity’s Vancouver office with a background in urban planning, community engagement, and community programming.
At Nordicity, she supports a range of projects including work with creative industries and municipal arts and culture planning. Her professional skillset in both qualitative and quantitative research include conducting interviews, focus groups, surveys and performing data collection and data analysis.
Prior to Nordicity, Lianne has a built strong foundation working at the community level with experience in social enterprises and local government agencies. She was the President of Sprouts, a non-profit food cooperative, and is an ongoing Venue Manager for the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival. She was also a Parks Partner Program Leader with the City of Coquitlam for two years, focused on community programming and engaging a diverse public.
