What's Possible at the Library: Welland Public Library Strategic Plan (2026-2030)

Welland Public Library adopted its new Strategic Plan, What’s Possible at the Library (2026–2030). The plan establishes a clear roadmap to help the Library respond to a growing and evolving community through three strategic priorities focused on inspiring curiosity and learning, enhancing experience and engagement, and investing in people and places.

Ingersoll Museum Enhancement Plan

Located along the Oxford County Cheese Trail, the Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum is an important cultural landmark and community gathering place. We worked with the Town of Ingersoll to develop a 10-year enhancement plan that will help shape the Museum’s future.

Culture Connects Us – The City of Courtenay’s Strategic Cultural Plan Launches

The City of Courtenay commissioned us to develop a Strategic Cultural Plan as a bold 10-year strategy to position the city as a thriving cultural hub. The resulting plan, Culture Connects Us, lays the foundation for a vibrant, inclusive future for Courtenay – where arts and culture play a pivotal role in community identity and resilience.
