Caitlin is a Consultant who supports a range of tasks on projects from data analysis and organization to strategic thinking.

Caitlin has a background in strategy development, project management, program design, and operations planning and has a keen understanding of the challenges associated with the arts & culture and creative sectors, especially in relation to funding, human resources, program evaluation and impact, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Nordicity, Caitlin worked for a combined ten years in both the arts and creative industries, in recent years specializing in the strategic development and implementation of new programming with a focus on professional development and education. Most recently, Caitlin worked at Music Publishers Canada (the national trade organization for music publishers), assisting with research projects and developing new programming aimed at creating business opportunities across the Canadian music sector.

  • MBA, specialization in Entrepreneurship and Arts, Media, & Entertainment Management, Schulich School of Business
  • Certificate in Digital Media Skills, OCAD University
