Gaeby is a skilled analytical thinker with a special talent for balancing big-picture, strategic objectives and day-to-day, operational details.
With a background that includes arts administration, cultural events, and food media, Gaeby brings a broad set of skills to Nordicity. She is an experienced project manager with a keen understanding of challenges and opportunities in the arts and culture sector.
Prior to Nordicity, Gaeby worked at The Writers’ Union of Canada managing communications, fund development, program design and delivery, and various ongoing projects. She has also managed projects and communications for a number of cultural events including a book fair, literary series, and theatre prize, and has a strong background in research and data analysis.
