Amid challenges of climate change, social justice, and democracy, the work continues: to participate, to contribute, and to transform.

As a founder and long-time leader of Nordicity, Peter has spent decades building the firm’s reputation for insight, integrity, and innovation.

Now serving as Senior Partner and Chair of the Board, he continues to share his experience with Nordicity’s leadership team, clients, students, and the not-for-profit communities he supports – while also learning the art of stepping back and letting new ideas lead the way.

Trained in both the arts and business, Peter combines creative intuition with analytical rigour. His early work in industrial, science, and broadcasting policy laid the foundation for a career that has spanned telecommunications, the arts, social finance, and the broader creative economy. Through each chapter, his focus has remained the same: to connect evidence and imagination in service of culture, creativity, and public good.

Over his long tenure as Nordicity’s Senior Partner, Peter guided a talented and ever-evolving team through growth, transformation, and international expansion. He takes particular pride in the firm’s family-like culture and in the clients – some of whom he’s worked with for decades – who have become trusted collaborators and friends.

Beyond Nordicity, Peter has contributed his expertise to politics, academia, and non-profit governance, always seeking to advance social justice and sustainable cultural development. Whether teaching MBA students or advising industry leaders, he remains deeply committed to the idea that consulting is, at its core, a creative act: one that blends strategy, curiosity, and care.
