Research, analysis and stakeholder engagement 

Natalia is a Senior Consultant who supports a range of tasks on projects from qualitative analysis, data organization and strategic thinking.  

Natalia has a background working in the theatre and media production industries with formal training in music and live performance. In her past life, she worked in retail banking, client services, and both theatrical and media production.

A dynamic team member with a growing portfolio of skills, Natalia co-leads our cultural facilities, digital innovation, and evaluation practices. She primarily acts as a project manager on Nordicity's engagements.

Natalia works directly with clients and broader team members to coordinate activities and design impactful research and engagement plans leading to successful project outcomes. She leverages data to make informed recommendations and balances stakeholder input with feasibility to make concrete plans for development and implementation of cultural infrastructure and strategic public programming. She also creates knowledge frameworks to support companies in conducting performance evaluations and undertaking business transformation.
