We led a mixed-methods study examining how Ontario’s creative industries are adopting generative AI for business operations and administration. Through a sector-wide survey, industry focus group, and literature review, the research identified current use cases, barriers, policy and training gaps, and opportunities to support responsible AI adoption across the sector.
Welland Public Library adopted its new Strategic Plan, What’s Possible at the Library (2026–2030). The plan establishes a clear roadmap to help the Library respond to a growing and evolving community through three strategic priorities focused on inspiring curiosity and learning, enhancing experience and engagement, and investing in people and places.
Located along the Oxford County Cheese Trail, the Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum is an important cultural landmark and community gathering place. We worked with the Town of Ingersoll to develop a 10-year enhancement plan that will help shape the Museum’s future.
