We worked with the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) to understand its economic and screen industry impact, its audiences, and opportunities for future growth. Combining economic impact analysis with audience and visitor research, we identified opportunities to strengthen VIFF’s market positioning, reach new audiences, and sharpen its approach to marketing and communications.
